Our mission is to prepare authentic Jamaican Food for you with all the rich spices we grown up with on the island. Jerk cooking was born in Jamaica, years ago our ancestors would slowly cooked their carefully seasoned meat over pimento wood, today we used the same technique, but in a modern fashion.
